You could earn up to $250 or more each year just by selling your solar credits. If you have a solar energy system, you’re already saving on electricity, but you also get special credits called solar Renewable Energy Certificates (sRECs) that companies want to buy to help the environment.
Brytr makes it easy to trade your sRECs for cash, gift cards and cool stuff. We’ve created the first simple way for homeowners like you to manage and sell your solar credits. It’s free, secure and easy to use.
Brytr helps you monitor, track and monetize your valuable solar credits. You earn one credit for every megawatt-hour of solar energy you produce.

How It Works
Joining Brytr is free, easy to use and secure. Get started in three easy steps. Hit play to see how it works.
What the Heck Is a REC?
For every megawatt-hour (MWh) of clean energy your system produces, you earn an sREC, which carries real value. These solar credits add up and you could be taking advantage. Renewable Energy Certificates have been around since 2001 and are regularly sold and purchased through utilities, online marketplaces and community solar programs.
The typical residential solar array generates 5-10 sRECs per year. Depending on your system’s size and market pricing, you could earn an additional $250 a year (or more) by monetizing your sRECs.
You’re in good company. Meet a few homeowners taking advantage of Brytr to make the most of their solar array.
